Stichting Vluchteling helps in the world’s most severe humanitarian crises. In acute emergencies, they provide life-saving medical care, shelter, food, and clean drinking water. Stichting Vluchteling focuses specifically on the chronically ill and people in hard-to-reach areas. They also provide support during long-term crises, providing education and psychosocial support.

80% of all children with a disability live in the poorest parts of the world. Poverty is the primary cause of disability, and conversely, disability leads to more extreme poverty.
