We recruit donors for these organisations and help them to in turn help others. Climate, human rights, refugees… you name it. We work every day to make the world a better place. As a Field Marketing Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in expanding the impact of our partners. 

What will you do as Fundraiser? 

Your role is diverse and dynamic. You are not only a fundraiser but also an ambassador for our organization and the charities we represent. Your tasks will include: 

• Active recruitment: You approach people on the street, at events, or door-to-door for a personal conversation about the work of our partner organizations and recruit them as donors. 

• Sharing passion: You share your passion and knowledge to inspire and convince people of the importance of their support. 

• Goal-oriented work: You strive to achieve fundraising targets, directly contributing to the growth of our organization and the supported causes. 

• Teamwork: Together with your team, you hit the streets, motivate each other, and celebrate successes.

What we are looking for in you 

• Genuine passion for charitable causes 

• You are at least 18 years or older 

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level 

• Proficiency in Dutch at B2 level and English at B2 level

• You are communicative, enthusiastic, and have a strong sense of perseverance 

• You are flexible and available to work between 10:00 and 21:00 and during weekends 

• You live in or are willing to work in the Rotterdam region
