We are Social Response: the world’s first non-profit fundraising agency. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make a positive impact by acquiring donors for non-profit causes, in a non-profit manner. We recruit donors for these organisations and help them to in turn help others. Climate, human rights, refugees… you name it. We work every day to make the world a better place. As a Sales Coach, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality and success of our fundraisers’ work.
What will you do as a Sales Coach?
As a Sales Coach, you will play an essential role in the development of our fundraisers. You will motivate and support them by leading by example and through coaching. Additionally, you will ensure their work meets our quality standards and accurately represents our values. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coaching & Development: You will be responsible for coaching and developing our team of fundraisers. This includes providing individual feedback, organizing training sessions, and supporting the personal growth of every team member. Two to three days a week, you will hit the streets to lead by example and provide hands-on coaching.
- Results-Driven Leadership: You will guide the team to exceed their sales targets. Additionally, you will create a positive and safe work environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to reach their full potential.
- Training: You will design and implement effective training programs for new and existing team members. These trainings will focus on improving recruitment skills, communication, and mental resilience. For this, you will work one to two days a week with management at the office.

What we are looking for in you
- Genuine passion for charity
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Proficiency in Dutch at C1 level and English at B1 level, or vice versa: English C1/Dutch B1
- Experience in face-to-face fundraising or sales. Preferably with a proven track record in leading a team
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding fundraising targets, and a passion for passing on this knowledge
- You are an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, and have a strong sense of perseverance
- You are flexible and available to work between 10:00 and 21:00 and during weekends
- You live in or are willing to work in the Rotterdam region and are willing to travel if necessary
